For our latest clients, that looked like our Alfresco Menu, tweaked slightly to suit the needs of their 120 guests.
This menu always starts off with stunning charcuterie platters, bursting with cold cut meats, Italian cheeses, artisan breads, olives, fruit slices, veggie sticks, dips and dressings for guests to graze on ahead of the main course. It’s a great way to get people mingling and keep guests from going hungry while the couple sneaks away for a photo session.
Everyone was thoroughly impressed, both with the presentation and the flavours, which made them all the more excited for the hog roast main. Served with cracking, stuffing, applesauce, side salads, coleslaw and new potatoes, the main course was packed with rich, hearty flavours that meant guests had a hard time staying away from the buffet table. Even the non meat eaters were in their element, with hickory-steeped jackfruit rolls offering something just as sumptuous.
The evening wrapped up with two tempting dessert options before Hog Roast Carmarthen quietly cleared everything away, leaving the couple free to soak up the rest of their wedding day in peace.
