Absolutely amazing! Honestly, this review doesn’t do justice to just how incredible The Spitting Pig were. They catered our wedding for around 130 guests, and every single person we spoke to commented on how amazing the food was and how full they were afterwards! Even our band and other suppliers said it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Communication was brilliant, and they were so accommodating, working their arrival time around our schedule. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous, and the whole experience was completely stress free. Exactly what you want on your wedding day. We genuinely couldn’t recommend The Spitting Pig enough. We’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time!!Posted on Google

Sarah-Louise Normansell-Thomas58 days agoWe honestly couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding! The food from Spitting Pig was absolutely gorgeous; delicious, plentiful and a huge hit with our guests. We had so many compliments throughout the day about it being some of the best wedding food they had ever had, which was so lovely to hear. There was even plenty left over, which was a great bonus! The team were fantastic from start to finish. In the lead-up to the wedding, they were incredibly helpful with planning the menu and were more than happy to accommodate something that wasn’t part of their usual BBQ menu. They were also brilliant when it came to dietary requirements, going above and beyond to make sure everyone was catered for. In particular, they prepared separate portions of all the salads for a family member with an allium allergy, which gave us real peace of mind. On the day itself, they were so professional and completely self-sufficient. They set everything up independently and liaised directly with specific members of our wedding party when needed, rather than bothering us as the couple. This meant we could simply relax and enjoy our day, knowing everything was taken care of. From the planning to the food to the service on the day, it was an all-round fantastic experience. We would highly recommend Spitting Pig to anyone looking for delicious food and a brilliant, stress-free catering team for their wedding!+1Posted on Google

Katie C138 days agoWe had these as our wedding caterers and the whole experience was fantastic. I was apprehensive as you can’t taste before you book but I needn’t have worried. Easy to organise and pay, lots of ways to customise the menu, easy to get in touch with. Harry and Rob called in advance to check in and they were seamless in setting up and super organised. The food was so so good! Everyone commented on it, even the veggies were super pleased. The portions were very generous and the sides were amazing too. The Golden Aisle139 days agoHuge shoutout to Rob from Spitting Pig 👏 Worked alongside him and Elika at a wedding on Saturday and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Communication leading up to the day was brilliant, super organised, easy to get hold of, and just genuinely helpful throughout. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and the turnaround was amazing. Rob and Elika really went the extra mile too, jumping in to help with extra jobs where needed just to make sure the whole day ran smoothly for everyone. Such a pleasure to work alongside suppliers who genuinely work as a team and care about the overall experience, not just their own part in it.
