The client’s brief was simple. They wanted something filling, exciting, and genuinely delicious. So naturally, we went with the full hog roast experience – complete with golden crackling, herby stuffing, classic applesauce, soft rolls and wraps so guests could build their own creations, and beautifully marinated chicken thighs that kept disappearing faster than we could plate them.
But the sides are where things got really fun. Tomato and mozzarella salad, mixed salad and coleslaw with a zingy lemony kick brought something fresh, colourful and fun to the table. Meanwhile, 
mixed sweet potato and classic fries paired with salt, vinegar, and a selection of Sauce Shop sauces added even more depth – because giving people flavour options is always a good idea.
And nobody got left out. Hog Roast Bristol’s grilled vegetable kebabs – with optional halloumi, cool tzatziki, and sweet chilli sauce – went down an absolute storm with the non-meat eaters. We even caught a few of the meat-lovers sneaking bites, and they were equally impressed.
