Job Title: Hog Roast Server & Event Helper
Location: Ubley
Job Type: Part-Time / Casual / Event-Based (Self-Employed Welcome)
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + Tips

About Us:
We are a friendly, professional catering team that provides hog roasts and outdoor dining experiences at weddings, parties, corporate functions, and festivals. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Server & Helper to support our team at live events.

The Role:
As a Hog Roast Server & Helper, you’ll assist with setting up, serving delicious food to guests, and helping with the clean-up process. You’ll be a key part of delivering a smooth, friendly, and memorable experience at each event.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help set up and pack down roasting equipment, serving stations, and event space
• Serve hog roast portions, side dishes, and accompaniments
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene throughout service
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist the roasting chef as needed during busy periods
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (with support)
• Food hygiene certificate is a plus (training can be provided)
• Own transport preferred, especially for rural or off-site venues

Ideal For:

• Self-employed individuals (but not essential)
