The centrepiece was a whole roasted pig, slow-cooked until the crackling reached that perfect golden crunch, served with freshly made apple sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing. Guests had their pick of soft bread rolls and wraps, with gluten-free options available so everyone could tuck in without hesitation.

The sides were fresh, colourful and designed to suit every palate. Tomato and mozzarella salad, a crisp mixed salad and creamy coleslaw brought vibrant flavours to the table. A serving of traditional and sweet potato fries with a variety of sauces, salt and vinegar offered something warm and comforting to go alongside the meat.
