Here at Hog Roast Exeter we have a lot of appreciation for the dads, and if there is one thing that we know dad’s love it is getting the barbecue out and grilling up some meat.
Okay, yes, we know that may sound cliché, but sometimes the cliches come from the truth, seeing as this past weekend and Father’s Day had our Hog Roast Exeter teams inundated with special barbecue requests for the dads of Exeter. With both our special gourmet barbecue menu and our opportunities to hire our versatile barbecues themselves, it only made sense that Hog Roast Exeter was the place for people to come this Father’s Day!
We had a great time all weekend long wheeling our mobile roasting machines to many a Father’s Day event. The beauty of our work here at Hog Roast Exeter is that it is massively versatile. We may well be known for our hog roasts, and that may well be the primary function of our own designed mobile hog roasting machines, but come a sunny day we have our barbecue attachments ready to go so that our roasting machines can become the best barbecues on the market. Our dad’s deserve the best grill there is, after all, so our specially crafted roasting machines are going to give them that, being capable of fitting tonnes of different meats to grill at once, while potentially also cooking a hog roast at the same time in the chamber underneath. Just delicious meat on top of more meat with even more meat to come (or veggie options too, of course) – that’s what Father’s Day is surely about!
We were fortunate enough on the Saturday that the weather did actually get quite sunny for the afternoon, especially when it has been a fairly poor June so far. Less luck on the Sunday, but nothing the Hog Roast Exeter team can’t handle as our barbecues can easily be set up indoors or instead, or we can get our serving tent out to shield our chefs, foods, and guests from any rain. Nothing stops the grilling on Father’s Day, after all!
