Last week, we had the pleasure of catering for Sarah to celebrate her wedding anniversary. It was a small and intimate gathering of just 10 of her closest friends and family. And the sun shone gloriously! The celebrations kicked off at 3 pm and went on into the evening. Sarah discovered us when doing a quick Google search for hog roasters in the local area, and got in touch to request if we were available. And much to her delight, we were!
The Hog Roast South Cerney team arrived at her home in the morning to get our machines prepped and our gazebo set up. She opted for our ever-popular hog roast alongside a helping of crispy crackling. And not forgetting a drizzling of our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. As there were non-meat eaters in attendance, we also made sure there were two veggie options to choose from, including halloumi and roasted vegetable kebabs, as well as pulled jackfruit. As for sides? A mixed salad and gourmet coleslaw were perfect for a dose of extra flavour. If you have any guests with dietary needs, then just let us know.
