The day was a resounding success.
James phoned me the day before, to tell me what time they would be arriving. He came to my office to introduce himself when they did arrive.
All the guys on site absolutely LOVED the food, what a spread with all the sauces, chips and salads. I couldn’t finish what I had and didn’t eat at all in the evening!
We were lucky to have great weather too and lots of us sat outside eating and chatting. It was great for me as I organized it all, and I was a bit worried that if it wasn’t good, they would all be ‘hammering on my door’!! No fear of that, I was thanked by everyone for doing such a great job.
James and his colleague were great servers and organisers too. Very pleasant, helpful and polite.
James came to let me know again when they were leaving and they packed up the leftovers and put them in our canteen kitchen.
They were extremely clean and tidy, nothing was left anywhere, you wouldn’t even know they had been here!
The Spitting pig is a great company and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone at all. If at anytime in the future someone mentions hog roast, I would mention you straight away.
