Although the weather forecast isn’t looking great for this weekend, we are really looking forward to all the events we have booked for this Saturday and Sunday.
We’ve just waved off Jan – he is on his way to Colliters Brook Farm – Dundry – where he will cook, carve and serve one of our free range pigs to guests at a birthday party whilst the rest of our team are busy prepping for a weekend filled with Weddings.
We have Hog Roasts booked for weddings in Oxford, Bristol and Gloucestershire as well as a lavish 21st Birthday Party just around the corner from us in Churcham. They are pulling out all the stops with canapés and desserts along with a free bar for all !!
We love being busy – the atmosphere in the kitchen is buzzing – we can’t wait for it all to kick start tomorrow.
