This week we have been rushed off our feet, the mad rush for Christmas catering has started, with the phones constantly ringing and enquirys coming through fast on the website. Most of the enquirys have been for staff parties for early December ranging from 25 people all the way to 500. Now that’s a lot of roasting, but it’s what hog roast Amberley does best!
Today our catering team have headed out to cater for a wedding in Amberley, a small village in the Horsham district. The couple tied the knot this morning and this afternoon our team will be serving their reception meal at their home in the heart of the village. The couple decided to go for a wedding menu five but instead of starters they have opted for Anti-Pasti starter platters, which is a selection of fine Italian meats served with buffalo, parmigiano and gorgonzola cheese and a variety of breads. To follow the platters they are having traditional roast hog served with three salads and warm potatoes. After their main mean they will also be enjoying hot bacon rolls served with a selection of sauced on to freshly made bread rolls. I’m feeling rather hungry now!

It seems many of you are liking our winter warmer menu is flying out of the office through our emails to you at home. We’ve taken the traditional turkey roast and transformed it into a delicious menu serving it with sessional vegetables, stuffing, cranberry sauce and red wine gravy. This menu would twine perfectly with warm mulled wine and finished off with a mince pie. So make room in your calendar this year and try our “winter warmer” treat.
