Now October has finally arrived, the weather is getting really quite chilly but we have something to warm you up on those long autumnal nights…. Our traditional hog roast Minchinhampton catering will keep you and up to 120 guests well fed and toasty warm for a couple of hours at least or if you would prefer something different, why not try one of our BBQ Menus?
We have recently taken a number of bookings for the end of October. We’ll be supplying the food for Fright Night at one of our favourite venues – Over Farm. This event is spread over the course of two weeks and all visitors will be able to sample our homemade burgers and local sausages. We did a hog roast Minchinhampton last year so thought we’d make this year a little different.
We’ve also had a lot of enquiries for our hog roast machine hire packages. You are able to hire a machine for the weekend and we can even supply the pig. This is a great option if you are trying to keep costs to a minimum or if you are a venue that has an event where the public are being charged on a pay as you go basis. We recently hired a machine for the month of November to a local pub. They are offering pork baps at a firework display and also have a number of Christmas bookings that have requested spit roasted pig and turkey.
Once I’ve sent the confirmation of booking across to this one, I’d better make a start on organising the staff for the wedding we have this weekend. They are having a three course meal with a spit roasted lamb as the main course. They are getting married in a local barn but there is no kitchen facilities so I hope it doesn’t rain!
